Delivery & Returns

We really hope you love the items you receive, but in the unlikely event you would like to return all or part of your order please follow our guidelines below:

Step 1

All purchased items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of placing your order.

If you'd like to request a refund please email returns@racebrakes.co.ukor fill in our contact form with details of your order (inc. Order reference number) and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please also let us know the reason for your return/refund request.

Step 2

When our customer service team has confirmed you are eligible to return the item(s) simply return your goods unused and in their original packaging to:

25 Alliance Close, Nuneaton, Warks, CV11 6SD

You will be responsible for paying for the return postage unless your order is faulty or defective, in which instance our team will happily provide you with a FREE postage label.

Step 3

Within 7 days of receiving your returned goods, our team will email you to confirm receipt and issue you with a refund. Your refund will be returned to the original Credit / Debit Card or PayPal account you used to place your order with.
